Describe your ideal writing space. How does it compare to reality?
It's flipp'n awesome... sorry, I have had a lot of caffeine today, but it really is. I just need a comfortable chair, an energy drink and some music and I'm gone. It's like my very own movie theater playing the images in my head. It can be what ever I need it to be which is great.... then, I just have to put the images into words. It's a lot of fun.
What is the first story you remember writing and what was it about?
It was an assignment for my middle school English class and I was really into the D&D fantasy stuff at the time. I wrote about an adventure of my character... looking back it may sound lame but my teacher really liked it. I got an A on the part of the story I turned in which helped me believe I could write... just a little bit.
Name a memorable book from your childhood. Why is it memorable?
Doomsday Warrior. Anyone who grew up in the '80's either watched or read something about a post nuclear world... that one for some reason really appealed to me at the time. There was a lot of action, drama and suspense. It was a series and I only read the first few books in that series but the ones I did read I enjoyed.
If you could ask any writer (living or dead) a question, who would it be and what would you ask?
Tough one, but I would have to ask Stephen King if he had ever scared himself with a story idea as it developed in his mind.
If you could pick any of the worlds or characters you have created, which would you want to visit or spend a day with?
That would be the main character in my book, Warren. I would love to go back in time to his world and watch civilization develop under the immortals guidance. I think that would be pretty neat.
What is one thing you like to do when you are not reading or writing?
Sleep. Working full time with a family of four children, the oldest going off to college in the fall, I am very busy. The only time I have to write begins at 10PM or so. There are some nights I have been up till four in the morning. I tell people that if sleeping were an Olympic sport I would have Phelps beat by a long shot. However, aside from sleep, I love sports. Hockey being the tops of the list right now. I also enjoy movies and love cartoons. Adventure Time and The Regular Show being my favorite at the moment.
What are you currently working on?
Getting my third book out is my main project at the moment BUT, I have been toying with a time travel thriller or a western of some sort. Not sure which I will tackle but both would be of similar genre as Timeless Conflict.

I grew up in a small southern Nevada town on the outskirts of Las Vegas. Just after graduation from high school I served in the U.S. Army for 5 years during which I participated in Operation Desert Storm. Upon completion of my military obligation, I earned my bachelors degree from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tn. Later, after a move to south central Pennsylvania, I completed my MBA from Eastern University in Harrisburg, Pa. I have traveled a great deal for my job and enjoy traveling and spending time with my wife and family.
