Review: The Redhead Plays Her Hand by Alice Clayton

Description:
The third sexy novel in USA TODAY bestselling author Alice Clayton’s playful and erotic Redhead series continues the sizzling romance between actress Grace Sheridan and Hollywood’s hottest leading man Jack Hamilton.

Grace has landed the lead in a new TV series—but when the director asks her to lose fifteen pounds, she goes public with her weight struggles and suddenly develops a huge fan club who support her right to have curves. But between that and the public’s continuing fascination with her “are they or aren’t they” relationship with Jack, Grace begins to wonder if anyone’s really interested in her because of her upcoming TV series, or if it’s all speculation about the size of her ass and her bedroom partner.

Meanwhile, Jack is voted the Sexiest Man Alive and becomes a little too enamored with the party-hard lifestyle. Grace vows to give him the space he needs to find himself, but then he begins to spiral down from lovable Brit to Hollywood brat. People are talking, but are Jack and Grace? Her career is on the rise, and his continues into the stratosphere, but will she be able to catch him if he falls? Will they ever be able to just be a couple who can hold hands when they walk down the street?

My Thoughts:
I love this series. Another great book. Grace is starting on her tv series and is told she needs to lose weight. Jack is partying too much and starting to worry the people that care about him. These are just lovable characters with relate-able issues.  They've come so far since the first book. Once again they prove that they can get through anything. Tears. I just loved this one.

Review: The Redhead Revealed by Alice Clayton

Description: The sexy follow-up to Unidentified Redhead, this eBook from USA TODAY bestselling author Alice Clayton is a magical mix of humor and heat—so cuddle up under the sheets; Grace and Jack are at it again!

As their careers catch fire, Grace and Jack—everyone’s favorite couple—find themselves on opposite coasts. Grace has landed in New York City, where she loves being onstage again, playing a fabulous character in a musical written by her old college flame, Michael. Their rekindled friendship makes exploring the city that much more fun. And it is just friendship, right?

Meanwhile, in L.A., Jack can scarcely keep up with the throngs of women who track him everywhere he goes, the endless press appearances, and the ridiculous rules his manager, Holly, keeps laying down for him—all part of the buildup to the release of Time, his steamy new film. Thank goodness for phone sex. But even when their schedules allow them to connect, Grace and Jack must keep their relationship off the radar and away from paparazzi cameras. Sure, the sex is sensational—but can they survive the swirling rumors, the demands of their chosen professions, and Grace’s internal battles?

My Thoughts:
I adored the first book and could not wait to get my hands on this one. I was not disappointed. This one had more angst and less slapstick humor, but I enjoyed it every bit as much as the first. I still love Jack and Grace. Grace is still battling her insecurities and Jack is trying to hang on to her. Some tears in this one. Could not stop reading. As long as there are books about Jack and Grace, I will keep reading them.

Review: The Unidentified Redhead by Alice Clayton

Description:
The first in USA TODAY bestselling author Alice Clayton’s Redhead series is a playful and erotic romance between an aspiring actress and Hollywood’s hottest new leading man.

When Grace Sheridan returns to Los Angeles to become a working actress, it’s a second shot at a life-long dream. With some help from her best-friend agent, will that dream become a reality—or at thirty-three, has Grace missed her chance at the big time? And when an unexpected sizzling romance with Jack Hamilton, the entertainment industry's newest “it” boy, threatens to shine an uncomfortable spotlight on her life, how will that affect her career…and his?

Funny, borderline neurotic Grace is perfect in her imperfections, and the sexual chemistry between her and charming yet blissfully unaware Jack is off the charts. With laugh-out-loud dialogue and a super-steamy romance that will get your heart racing, sneaking around in L.A. and dodging the paparazzi has never been so fun.

My Thoughts:
This one has been on my TBR for quite a while. A co-worker just finished it for her book club and recommended it so I finally pulled it out and I'm glad I did. I am in love with Jack and Grace. They are hilarious and adorable with their teasing and banter. Jack is poised to be a huge star and Grace is trying to break into an acting career. He has fans wherever he goes and can have any woman he wants. Grace is 9 years older and has trouble seeing why he would want to be with her. This is sweet and steamy and laugh-out-loud hilarious. I'm glad there are two more books because I need more of these two.

Review: Wallbanger by Alice Clayton

Description:

The first night after Caroline moves into her fantastic new San Francisco apartment, she realizes she's gaining an intimate knowledge of her new neighbor's nocturnal adventures. Thanks to paper-thin walls and the guy's athletic prowess, she can hear not just his bed banging against the wall but the ecstatic response of what seems (as loud night after loud night goes by) like an endless parade of women. And since Caroline is currently on a self-imposed dating hiatus, and her neighbor is clearly lethally attractive to women, she finds her fantasies keep her awake even longer than the noise. So when the wallbanging threatens to literally bounce her out of bed, Caroline, clad in sexual frustration and a pink baby-doll nightie, confronts Simon Parker, her heard-but-never-seen neighbor. The tension between them is as thick as the walls are thin, and the results just as mixed. Suddenly, Caroline is finding she may have discovered a whole new definition of neighborly...

In a delicious mix of silly and steamy, Alice Clayton dishes out a hot and hilarious tale of exasperation at first sight...

My Thoughts:
I loved this book. Funny and entertaining with fun banter and lots of steam. I love the tension between Simon and Caroline and how they take things slow and become friends. Clive the cat is a great character. I just loved it. A super fun read. Hard to put down.
